  2. A registry agent will contact you to confirm delivery options and payment details
  3. Viola! Your plates will arrive at your door!

  • For each plate being requested, please provide a copy of:
    • Bill of Sale or Lease Agreement
    • New Vehicle Information Statement (NVIS)
    • Proof of Insurance
    • Authorization Form (download)
