Maintenance of Alberta Corporations

Change of Address 
If a corporation needs to change any of it’s addresses; (registered, records or mailing) a notice of Change of Address must be filed. Complete the form and return it to GoldKey Registries Ltd. for filing.

Change of Directors 
When a corporation needs to delete existing directors or add new directors, a notice of Change of Directors must be filed. Complete the form and return it to GoldKey Registries Ltd. for filing.

Change of Shareholders
If you are changing the shareholders of the corporation; there is no form to fill out. A letter must be submitted requesting the change(s).

Change of Address for Directors 
When a Corpoation is changing the addresses for the Directors of the Corporation a Notice of Change of Address of Director(s) must be filed. Complete the form and return it to GoldKey Registries Ltd. for filing.

Reviving Corporations in Alberta

When a company has been struck or dissolved and you wish to revive it you must complete Articles of Revival.
If your company has been struck or dissolved for 3 or more years a new nuans search must be submitted.

All outstanding annual returns must be filed.

**If the corporations share structure is more than 200 characters we will require it to be e-mailed as a word .txt document contact-us or saved to a USB stick and submitted along with the articles of revival.
